Life at BDO

As a new team member it is important that we help you find your feet and adjust to a new environment and culture. Our induction program allows Graduates to get to know each other through various team building exercises and workshops which are designed to ensure you feel right at home with us!

Throughout your career BDO continues to offer plenty of learning and development opportunities through our National L&OD program as well as local training opportunities. We assign you a "buddy" on your first day so you receive personal attention to assist in understanding your responsibilities, the logic behind the work you are doing and where to go for help if required. Throughout the year, we offer casual Fridays, team bonding days and a wide variety of social events through our active social club. We ensure you receive plenty of opportunities to network with your colleagues in relaxed, social environments.
