The Program

Norton Rose Fulbright is currently seeking motivated and driven law students to complete our clerkship during the summer break in our Sydney office. Completing a Clerkship with us will be a rewarding and enjoyable career-defining experience. You will get the first-hand experience of what it is like to work at a large legal practice and also get to know our Partners and employees and experience our culture of open communication and teamwork.

  • A twelve-week long program where you will complete two five-week rotations in different teams across our firm.
  • A comprehensive national induction program with your fellow clerks across the country
  • Participate in our globally award-winning Learning & Development programs including legal skills training, systems training, soft skills workshops and practice group-specific information sessions
  • Contribute to our national pro bono clerkship project
  • Access to our Senior Leaders and Partners in a number of practice area presentations
  • A variety of social events to build your rapport as a clerkship cohort and become truly embedded in our firm culture

Our clerkship program is closely linked with our Graduate Program. Completing a Clerkship allows to potentially secure a Graduate position with us in 2023.
