Great culture, interesting work and projects, great people
Positive and caring culture
The variety of work, and the early responsibility you get in guiding your own development.
The company lets you pick the projects you are interested to work on. Flexible working hours are also really useful to balance commitments outside of work.
Great working culture. Helpful team. Opportunity to choose my own career path i.e. I can choose which areas of my discipline I want to work in and can even help on projects outside my discipline to gather work experience. I have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects.

Difficulty finding places to use my full skills
No structured graduate program
Lack of variety of work for junior staff
The culture of always having to 'find' work gets frustrating for forwarding workload planning.
Finding your own work can be difficult initially as you don't have the internal relationships

Managers are basically wise peers. Quite hands-off, but very supportive and co-operative. I've never had any issues with unclear communication, everyone is super approachable.

Office space is moderate, could be perhaps a bit better. Location is prime. Facilities are OK (showers a big plus, there is also a cafe, and carparks). Dress code is mixed, some people dress rather formally most days (especially the managers) but others quite casually (e.g. short sleeved collared shirt for men). Friday is casual Friday, which I'd estimate about 3 in 5 participate in.
