Working with the partner consultant team, you'll help look after our accounting and bookkeeping customers – known as our partners. We're involved in the sales cycle for our partner practices, helping move their businesses to cloud-based tools and services.

As a partner consulting grad, you'll help the team move partners to Xero. You'll help with technical deep dives, demos of Xero, converting practices and providing post-conversion support. You'll also get the chance to visit and see different types of practices.

What we need from you

You'll have a sound understanding of finances and accounting principles and how data flows through accounting systems. We welcome grads with commerce, accounting or related degree.

Ideally, you'll:

  • have experience with managing data with advanced use of Excel
  • be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally
  • not be afraid of being in the spotlight
  • have a great work ethic, initiative and results focus

If this sounds like you, get in touch! We'd love to hear from you.

How to apply

We'll need a copy of your CV, cover letter and academic transcript – we know it won't be complete but just send us everything so far.

You'll need to be a citizen or permanent resident to apply. We'll need a copy of your passport and visa for a start date in Feb 2022.

Due to the sheer number of applications we receive, we ask that you only apply for one role in one location. Please take some time to research each opportunity available before submitting your application.
